Teacher Residency

Grow Public Schools is proud to partner with Alder Graduate School of Education to offer a Teacher Residency Program — an affordable, hands-on pathway to a teaching career.

This year-long residency combines:

  • Four days/week of classroom experience with a trained mentor teacher

  • One day/week of seminars blending research-based coursework with real-world practice

  • Completion of a Master of Arts in Education and Teaching Credential
